Hi Ty, Mike and I really thank you for selling our house. It was on the market 5 months with you know who and not one offer! We should of gone with you in the first place but our friends said we should list with a national chain, boy, were they wrong. From the moment you left our house, we were impressed. We were on MLS within an our, we had 2 virtual tours and you even did feature sheets and neighbourhood marketing the next day!   I now know why you sell homes!
