In 2022, 107 houses in the Fox Hollow & Foxfield neighbourhood sold with prices ranging from $640,000 to $2,415,000; these were on the market for an average of nineteen days before selling through MLS for close to the asking price. Forty-four townhouses and townhome condos sold, with prices ranging from $515,000 to $970,053 and the average days on the market were eighteen, and the selling price to the asking price was similar to houses, close to the asking price.
