Below are the real estate numbers for St.Thomas Ontario, for October 2023 and a breakdown of the four distinct areas of the city. I have offered no opinion here, just the numbers, and it is not that I do not have an opinion; it is that I believe numbers do not lie and depending on an individual’s comfort zone, these numbers have an effect differently!
Note: While preparing these stats, I noticed that in a few instances, a real estate brokerage adds the location of a home sold in a different area of St.Thomas than the norm. Overall, I have used the best data I can access to correct the locations, but I am sure these are not 100% accurate; regardless, the sold prices, days on the market and percentages are accurate.
