The London Ontario real estate market is the most active I’ve seen – ever. 

This isn’t a 2008-2009 bubble, either – loan standards are high. This is genuine buyer demand.

Last year as of April 9, 2021, there were 1,399 active homes for sale here; now, only 580. That’s crazy.

We just helped a buyer secure a 1.38% 20-year loan, too. They were 18% in the 1980s!
