  • In 2021, twelve units were sold at 3320 Meadowgate in total. Five 2 bedroom units sold, averaging eight days on the market and selling for 108.17% of the asking price, the lowest being $326,500 and the highest, $500,000.
  • Five 3 bedroom units sold taking around eight days on the market to sell for an average 109.79 % of the asking price, the lowest sold price was $515,000, the highest $545,000.
  • Two apartment units sold,one for $376,246, the other $376,500. One 4 bedroom unit sold for $538,000.

  • In 2020, eleven units changed hands through our MLS system, five 2-bedroom units sold from $305,000 to$378,000 and six 3 bedroom townhouses sold from a low of $350,000 to $372,000. The average days on the market were 11, and the median selling price was 102.2% of the asking price.

Summerside has been growing in London’s southeast of the city for about 14 years or so. Summerside holds much appeal for those who wish to live in London but whose work carries them to neighbouring communities such as St. Thomas, Ingersoll or Woodstock or quick access to Highway 401.
