    Five1 bedroom apartments, averaging eight days to sell for 103% of the asking price, the low being $381,000, the high $465,500 and the median price per square foot was $480.00.

    Twelve two-bedroom units sold taking an average of ten days to sell for 99.32% of the asking price, the price per square foot was $392.00 with prices ranging from $475,000 to $579,000. One 3 bedroom apartment sold for $833,500.

    • In 2020, two one-bedroom apartments sold for $325,000 and 12 two-bedroom apartments sold, from $379,900 to $411,225, selling for a tad over the asking price and averaging 17 days on the market.
