Over the past year I have seen some credit worthy clients and customers being declined by some lenders and it was not only discouraging for them but for me as well. I have studied and researched various lenders and mortgage brokers and wow!!!, my eyes were opened. Some lenders just lump all people together and if you do not fit "their plan" you are out of luck! And, they usually do not offer another choice or recommend steps you could take to get that mortgage.
I have located and negotiated with a great and reputable mortgage lender to "go the extra mile" in helping my clients obtain a mortgage at a fair rate and conditions. As well, CMHC requirements have been changed from 75% to 80%!
