63 houses in Summerside sold, at an average price of $397,089 which was a whopping 108% of the asking price and these were on the market for only 9 days! 16 condos sold as well, averaging 106% of the asking price abd these took to 11 days to sell!
What a difference a few months make. Will this continue? What about the rest of London?
98 houses sold in the Summerside neighbourhood of London Onatrio in 2016, starting from $229,000 and up to $429,000 and all sold close to the asking price and within an average 25 days!
