Houses and condos in the Hunt Club neighbourhood in London Ontario from January 1 to October 12, 2017 have been sought after with the days on the market dramatically reduced and the prices have risen as well.
What does this mean?
Obviously, the past 10 months saw record sales and prices every month in London Ontario, but will it continue? Depending on whom you listen to, yes , things will keep going up and others say no, the market will stabilize or even retract.

46 houses sold through our MLS system in the Hunt Club neighbourhood of London Ontario in 2016 from a low of $290,000 and as high as $951,000 and these took about 27 days to sell for 99.7% of the asking price.
14 condos in Hunt Club were sold in the same period from $325,000 to $590,000 and these sold for 98.3% of the asking price and they were on the market an average 29 days
